Prime Minister returned home after official visit to China

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has returned home after completing his official visit to China.

At Beijing Capital International Airport, Ms. Han Zirong, member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Khalil Hashmi, and members of the diplomatic staff saw off the Prime Minister.

During his visit to China, the Prime Minister attended the 25th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the SCO Plus Summit held in Tianjin.

The Prime Minister also participated in the 80th anniversary commemorations of the World War against Fascism.

He held bilateral meetings with the Presidents of China, Russia, Iran, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan.

The Prime Minister also attended the Second China-Pakistan Business-to-Business Conference.
