New York: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and U.S. President Donald Trump met and had an informal exchange of views in a cordial atmosphere.
The meeting took place in New York on the sidelines of the Arab-Islamic Summit.
President Trump met Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif at the conclusion of the Arab-Islamic Summit. The two leaders shook hands warmly, and their informal conversation took place in a friendly environment. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar was also present on the occasion.
Earlier, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif attended the Arab-Islamic Summit hosted by the U.S. President and the Emir of Qatar, which was participated in by leaders of member states including Türkiye, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia.
