International community play role for immediate, unconditional, and permanent ceasefire in Gaza,Dar

New York:Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar @MIshaqDar50 attended the United Nations Security Council High-Level Briefing on “the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question”.

In his remarks, the DPM/FM underscored that the Palestinian people are enduring unimaginable suffering — an unbearable daily toll on human lives, the destruction of homes and neighborhoods, and the obliteration of essential infrastructure.

He also urged international community for: an immediate, unconditional, and permanent ceasefire; full, unhindered humanitarian access to Gaza and the immediate lifting of the blockade; and a categorical end to any forced displacement of Palestinians.
