Islamabad: Pakistan and Türkiye have reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening their longstanding strategic partnership during a high-level meeting between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at the Foreign Office on Sunday.
The meeting took place as part of ongoing regional consultations in Islamabad, where the Turkish foreign minister is visiting alongside his counterparts from Saudi Arabia and Egypt to discuss the evolving regional situation and coordinated efforts for de-escalation.

During the talks, Senator Ishaq Dar highlighted the deep-rooted, historic, and fraternal ties between Pakistan and Türkiye, emphasizing that the relationship is built on shared history, cultural affinity, and mutual respect.
