Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation late last night with the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
During the discussion, the two leaders reviewed the latest regional developments, particularly the ongoing situation in Gaza and Palestine. Both sides reaffirmed their strong commitment to promoting peace, stability, and justice in the region.
Senator Ishaq Dar and Prince Faisal bin Farhan reiterated the longstanding brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, founded on shared faith, culture, and mutual trust. They agreed to maintain close coordination on all matters of mutual interest, including regional and international issues.
The Deputy Prime Minister appreciated the Kingdom’s continued efforts to support peace initiatives and humanitarian assistance for the people of Palestine.
Both leaders also expressed satisfaction over the deepening bilateral cooperation across various fields, emphasizing their resolve to further strengthen political, economic, and strategic ties between the two brotherly nations.
