BEIJING: Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday sent a congratulatory message to the 25th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), which opened in Xiamen, Fujian Province.
Xi highlighted that CIFIT, with its theme “Further Expanding Bilateral Investment, Jointly Facilitating Global Development,” has become a vital platform for fostering global cooperation and advancing an open world economy.
He emphasized that China, as a key driver of global growth, will continue to expand high-level opening up, ease trade and investment, and share development opportunities with the world. Xi said China stands ready to work with all nations to advance inclusive globalization and create a future of shared prosperity.
The fair is organized by China’s Ministry of Commerce.
