Shehbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif discusses national affairs

Islamabad:Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with Pakistan Muslim League (N) President and his elder brother, former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, at Jati Umra. The two leaders held detailed discussions on the prevailing political situation in the country, the recent successful negotiations in Azad Kashmir, and the Prime Minister’s forthcoming foreign engagements.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office Media Wing, Shehbaz Sharif briefed Mian Nawaz Sharif on his recent overseas visits and the latest developments in Azad Kashmir. The meeting also covered key government priorities, public welfare initiatives, and party affairs.

The statement added that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will depart tomorrow for a two-day official visit to Malaysia on the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. The Malaysian premier had also extended an invitation to Mian Nawaz Sharif, who expressed gratitude and conveyed that he would undertake the visit at a more suitable time.

According to political observers, the meeting at Jati Umra marks an important step toward strengthening coordination between the government and the party leadership.
